SHAUN DONIGER

SDTopic was originally a website focused on the arts in San Diego, California, with ambitions of becoming a monthly print publication. Keeping the typography restrained and allowing the imagery the maximum amount of page real estate gave SDTopic an exciting and uncluttered look. A square format was chosen to further distinguish the magazine from other titles. In addition to the overall design and layout, I also created original illustrations, wrote two articles, and provided photos for the inaugural issue.
